		<description>That picture turned out really well, too!  There&#039;s a version of this that has coconut milk and toasted coconut for &quot;Pina Colada&quot; shrimp, I believe.  (Same idea though.)
I also have a couscous/mahi mahi/mango salsa thing happening - as soon as fish goes on sale (or I make it to Trader Joe&#039;s) expect to see that!</description>
