Sometimes, you just want some comfort food. After a few weeks of tossing around making another box of Tuna Helper (oh, thrilling meal that it is) I decided to make this instead. It was easy, it was satisfying, and more importantly, it had noodles and cheese in it.

This was Christmas breakfast, and it was quite good! Although there were complaints that I didn’t make cinnamon rolls, I found that this (which takes all of 5 minutes plus soaking/baking time) to make fit the bill nicely, and cooked in the amount of time it took everyone to open presents. Sounds good to me!

I’ve been wanting to make my own marshmallows for some time, and thanks to Emeline over at Sugar Plum, I had a recipe I was brave enough to try.
