S’mores Pie

I saw something similar to this pie somewhere on the web, and decided to modify it to involve as little cooking as possible, as our heat index here approaches 110. This one only involved toasting the marshmallow under the broiler, which I tried to do with our kitchen torch but had some butane issues. [...]
